I have 3 very busy clients crying out for experienced BDM's to join their well-respected North Gold Coast agencies. In this role, you will contribute to the long-term growth and development of the businesses and play a key part in their residential leasing and property management services all around the Gold Coast.

Each agency really cares about you and your personal growth - you will receive training and development opportunities, and will enjoy a fun, vibrant, collaborative work environment.

About You:

• You will have a minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar role (or sales) within residential property management

• You are a customer service "Superstar" with a proven track record of successfully prospecting for and acquiring new clients

• You are a Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills building long-term relationships

• You have strong negotiation and presentation skills

• You are highly organised with great time management skills

• You have your Real Estate Certificate or License

The Role:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients - each agency has a good database to start from

• Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking

• Developing and implementation of effective marketing and sales strategies

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction for new and existing clients

• Provide guidance with regard to aspects of property management legislation.
