You must have:
Proven Residential or Commercial PM experience - all levels
Excellent communication skills
Great relationship-building skills - with all your landlords, tenants and trades
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License please
Strong attention to detail
The ability to prioritise urgent maintenance issues
Team player with a sense of humour!
Valid driver's license - use of company car.
