Our client is a well known boutique agency in the northern suburbs looking for an established Senior Property Manager.
Working within a company that provides a great support team paired with great systems in place makes it a perfect opportunity to expand and learn.
The Role :
Manage a maintained portfolio with an assistant junior property manager
Manage day to day operations of the portfolio
Oversee contracts, timelines and compliance
Supervise team members, provide coaching and ensure high productivity
Build and maintain a relationship with clients
Work closely with management to ensure department is aligned
Ideal candidate :
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in real estate
Current Agent Representatives Certificate
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated
Immaculate personal presentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
