Our client is an independent agency, with great leadership and a strong support system. You'll step into the Head of Department / BDM position, providing guidance, structure, and support while maintaining strong service standards across the portfolio.
The Role :
Lead, mentor and support 2 property managers.
Maintain a small portfolio of approx 60 properties.
Ensure monthly targets for new properties are met.
Assist with escalations and complex portfolio matters.
Work closely with the director to improve systems and efficiency.
Ideal candidate :
Proven experience in Head of Department / BDM roles or at least 5 + years’ experience in property management.
Current Agent Representatives Certificate
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated
Immaculate personal presentation
Excellent communication skills
A strong knowledge of the Chelsea and Patterson Lakes Area
