About You:
Proven experience in Property Management of at least 1-2 years
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through without being micromanaged
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and trades
A self-motivated agent who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Flexible with a sense of humour!
Must have current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Valid driver's license - use of company car.
