Lynn joins Placed Australia with more than 20 years’ experience in Property and Facilities Management, including managing an award-winning Over 50’s Lifestyle Resort. Her career originally began in the UK in recruitment, where she specialised in placing secretarial staff into Blue Chip companies and ran a thriving temporary desk.

With a unique background spanning Real Estate, Recruitment, HR and Operational Management, Lynn understands both sides of the hiring process. She knows how important it is to find the right fit—not just for employers, but for candidates too.  Lynn is passionate about helping people find roles where they can truly shine, and about building long-term partnerships that feel like the right match for everyone involved.

Based on the Gold Coast, Lynn combines her strong local market knowledge with the insight gained from working with international brands. She brings a friendly, empathetic approach to every conversation and genuinely enjoys getting to know people and what drives them.
