About the Role
In this role you will:
Prospect for new business and grow your database
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Qualify buyers and maintain strong relationships
Support listing presentations and marketing campaigns
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Provide ongoing vendor communication and reporting
About You
Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent 2 years experience
Professional, polished presentation
Confident prospecting, listing, and negotiating
Motivated and growth-focused
A team player who values a positive office culture
Strong knowledge of the Redlands and surrounding suburbs
Looking for a long-term career within a supportive agency
