Junior Sales Assistant/ Associate - Wynnum - $55,000 – $70,000 P/A Inc. Super depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant / Sales Associate to join the one of Wynnums best performing sales agencies in our clients residential real estate sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate sales while working alongside experienced agents in a fast-paced and professional environment.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of residential property sales, client communication, marketing coordination, buyer management, and open homes, while developing the skills required to become a successful sales agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the agency principal & sales agents with listing and selling residential properties 

• Attend and help manage open homes, inspections, and auctions 

• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders 

• Follow up buyer enquiries and maintain database records 

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, photography, signage, and brochures 

• Prepare sales documentation and property files 

• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls and letterbox drops 

• Manage social media and online property listings 

• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism 

• General administrative support to the sales team 

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Strong organisation and time management abilities 

• Professional presentation and attitude 

• Confidence speaking with clients and customers 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment 

• Current QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle 

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD), or willingness to obtain 

Desirable

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration 

• Experience with CRM systems ( Agentbox &/ or Locked-On preferable) and Microsoft Office 

• Social media and marketing knowledge 

• Passion for property and real estate sales
