Placed Australia are pleased to be partnering with a leading inner west agency and as such are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team.

They are after someone who knows their way around a portfolio, enjoys looking after people, and wants to work somewhere they can genuinely see themselves staying and growing long term.

The Role

You will take ownership of a portfolio, providing clear, proactive service to landlords and tenants from the start of a tenancy through to its conclusion.

You will be trusted to manage your day, make good decisions and communicate with confidence — while knowing you have a team around you when you need it.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio end to end (no leasing and no trust accounting)
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
Coordinating maintenance and keeping clients informed
Managing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters
Providing practical, timely advice and exceptional service
Working closely with our leasing and administration support teams

About you

At least 2 - 3 years’ residential property management experience
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
Strong organisation and follow through
A calm, solutions focused approach when things get busy
Great communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
Pride in doing the small things well - because they are rarely small to a client
