Are you an organised, proactive real estate professional who loves keeping everything running behind the scenes?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established real estate agency in the Beenleigh area that is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Selling Principal.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous real estate administration or sales support experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play an integral role in a successful sales business.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Selling Principal, you'll become the backbone of the sales operation, ensuring every campaign, contract and client interaction is delivered to a high standard.

This is a busy and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be trusted to manage priorities, communicate with confidence and keep the sales process running smoothly from appraisal through to settlement.

Your Responsibilities

Managing listings from pre-list through to settlement
Preparing Form 6s, contracts and sales documentation
Coordinating marketing campaigns and property advertising
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and conveyancers
Managing calendars, appointments and open home schedules
Maintaining CRM systems and databases
Assisting with social media and marketing administration
Providing exceptional client service throughout the sales process

About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a real estate administration, Executive Assistant or Sales Associate role
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
Experience with real estate software (Agentbox, VaultRE, Rex or similar) is highly regarded
