Our well-known and respected client are looking for a new Team Leader/Senior PM to bring some new spark to their great team in early 2026!
This well-established agency with a strong local reputation around the Hope Island & Sanctuary Cove area are expanding their management portfolio and are looking for a superstar who isn't appreciated currently to enhance their team.
Full PM role looking after a tidy portfolio of around 100 properties whilst mentoring and assisting the rest of the team.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience at Senior PM level for at least 5 years
Ability to mentor and motivate a great team
Strong legislative knowledge
Focus on building new relationships and growing portfolio
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Real Estate License
