This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, well-rounded Property Manager to join a tight-knit, family-owned real estate business and to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 100 properties.
You’ll be supported by an Assistant Property Manager in a pod-style structure, allowing you to focus on quality landlord and tenant conversations rather than being overwhelmed.
After a re structure, the business is looking for someone who thrives with autonomy, doesn’t need micromanagement, and delivers work efficiently and calmly. Someone that can oversee the workflow between themselves and the assistant and work together to keep everything going.
There is no trust accounting with this role.
Some things you may do in your day;
You’ll manage the day-to-day operational and relationship-driven tasks of the portfolio, including:
Conducting entries and exits and managing the process either side of this (ie. returning bonds etc)
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Landlord communication and management
Overseeing workflow and delegating tasks between yourself and your assistant
Technology & Systems
You’ll be working with a modern, streamlined software stack:
