About the Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a residential portfolio and work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal team members to ensure outstanding property management service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with landlord clients through regular communication and exceptional service
Managing communication with tenants and overseeing support provided by the Property Manager
Managing repairs, maintenance, quotes, and renovation works
Keeping landlords informed throughout the leasing process with regular updates
Managing rental arrears, breach notices, lease renewals, and rent reviews in line with legislation
Preparing documentation for shared tenancy changes and tribunal matters
Representing landlords at tribunal hearings where required
Liaising with the Leasing Consultant to ensure properties are accurately marketed
Completing weekly and monthly reporting requirements
Attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions
