Our client is looking for someone who is ready to take the next challenge in their career, working in a team of 70+ staff, dynamic environment & state of the art offices in the heart of the Northern Beaches.  

You would be managing an established & organised property portfolio of local properties, delivering exceptional customer service.

You:

• Have experience in Property Management

• Knowledge of the Property Legislation

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence

• Current Australian Driver's License and Vehicle

• Customer Service Experience

• Impeccable Presentation

• Responsible & Reliable

• Excellent Time Management

• Work well under pressure

• Must live locally (within a 15k radius of the office)

  
  

The Role:

• Manage Landlord & Tenant Relationships

• Manage Arrears

• Co-ordinate Maintenance

• Provide sound advice on the market

• Email and Phone Management

• Manage conflict

• Work closely with a Leasing Consultant

• Ingoing/Outgoing Inspections.

• Organise Lease sign ups

• Be proficient on Microsoft Office & Inspection Software

• Support junior property managers to grow their knowledge & skills

Salary up to $120k depending on experience
