Base salary $40k–$60k (debit/credit structure)
50% commission split with transparent pathways to higher splits based on performance

Key responsibilities
Prospect consistently to create qualified listing opportunities
Conduct appraisals, vendor meetings, open homes, and negotiations
Maintain disciplined CRM activity and structured follow-up
Deliver a premium client experience throughout every campaign
Work collaboratively with the broader team to contribute to collective growth
Ideal candidate
Minimum 12 months experience in residential sales
Track record around $150k GCIÂ or strong upward trajectory
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Ambitious, self-motivated, and open to coaching
Team-oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude
Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
