Our client is seeking a driven Sales Agent with ambition, discipline, and a genuine commitment to growing their career within a high-performing, well-resourced sales environment. Agents with around one year of sales experience and a track record of consistent activity are encouraged to apply. Proven GCI helps, but drive, attitude, and growth capacity are the real priorities.

  • Base salary $40k–$60k (debit/credit structure)

  • 50% commission split with transparent pathways to higher splits based on performance

Key responsibilities


  • Prospect consistently to create qualified listing opportunities

  • Conduct appraisals, vendor meetings, open homes, and negotiations

  • Maintain disciplined CRM activity and structured follow-up

  • Deliver a premium client experience throughout every campaign

  • Work collaboratively with the broader team to contribute to collective growth


Ideal candidate


  • Minimum 12 months experience in residential sales

  • Track record around $150k GCI or strong upward trajectory

  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and open to coaching

  • Team-oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude

  • Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
