Key responsibilities

Prospect consistently and generate qualified listing opportunities
Conduct appraisals, vendor presentations, opens, and negotiations
Maintain disciplined CRM management and follow-up
Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and buyers
Represent the brand with professionalism and transparency

Ideal candidate

Proven track record writing $200k+ GCI
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
Professional presentation and conduct at all times
Values teamwork, reliability, and positive working relationships
Holds a Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
