Senior Property Manager | Boutique Winning Agency| Northern Beaches $80-100k

Placed Australia are on the hunt for a great Property Manager to join our clients fun, supportive, energetic team on the stunning Northern Beaches.

Role :

• Day to day arrears

• Day to day communication with clients, both tenants and landlord

• Maintenance handling

• Lease renewals and rent reviews

• Routine inspections (Full support from Property Officer will complete 5 per week for the Property Manager)

• Termination notices, rent increases

• No Ingoings! No leasing

• Outgoing inspections

• Tribunal hearings (Very rare!)

  
  

Must be competent in :

• PropertyMe

• Outlook

• Inspection Express (New AI Camera)

• Agentbox

• FLK – Leases

• Inspect Real Estate

Perks :

• Monday to Friday role – 8.30-5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break

• Friday 3pm finish

• Flexibility of working from home at times pending approval.

  However, this is mainly an in-office role

• Role available – ASAP

• Package – $80k-$100K pending experience 

• KPI monthly catch ups

• Yearly reviews

• Stone webinars, events, full support and training

• Quarterly outings with the PM team
