Our client is a well-established real estate office in Melton seeking a capable Sales Agent who wants genuine autonomy, strong backing, and the opportunity to build serious GCI in an open, opportunity-rich market.
This role is deliberately selective. The structure, flexibility, and level of support on offer are designed for an agent who is motivated, disciplined, and ready to take ownership of their performance. For the right person, this is a highly attractive long-term opportunity.

Flexible remuneration structure, including an optional base (circa $50k) plus commission

Key responsibilities
Prospect and secure new listings across the Melton area
Conduct appraisals, vendor presentations, opens, and negotiations
Build and manage a strong personal database
Run campaigns end to end with accountability and autonomy
Represent the business professionally in the local market
Ideal candidate
Proven sales capability or a clear trajectory toward $300k+ GCI
Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Values trust, accountability, and performance-based reward
Holds a Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
