Our client is a high-performance real estate office in Langwarrin led by two driven, growth-focused directors. They’re looking for a confident Sales Agent with a proven GCI record who wants stronger backing, better support, and meaningful earning potential.

What’s on offer:
60–70% commission split
In-house marketing and administrative support

Key responsibilities:
Drive prospecting activity daily to generate new listings
Conduct vendor meetings, appraisals, opens, and negotiations
Maintain disciplined follow-up and clean CRM habits
Produce consistent monthly results aligned with KPIs
Represent the brand with professionalism and energy
Ideal candidate:
Minimum $300k GCI track record
Confident communicator and strong negotiator
Understands urgency and disciplined daily activity
Proven ability to convert appraisals into listings
Holds Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
