About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Property Valuer to join a dynamic team in South Melbourne, VIC. As a Registered Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality and timely valuation services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our leading property valuation firm.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed valuation reports that comply with industry standards and client requirements

• Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on property-related matters

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation

What we're looking for

• Recognised and current registration as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) 

• Accredited with the Australia Property Institute (API)

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Property Valuer, specialising in commercial and residential sectors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
