Receptionist / Front Office Manager | Sales Support | North Shore Location In Brand New Office


Placed Australia are seeking a switched on Front Office Manager/Receptionist to join our clients team at their new North Shore office.

This is a front-facing, hands on role within one of Sydney’s premium real estate brands and presents an excellent entry point into the real estate industry.

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to think on their feet. You will play a key role in the day to day running of the office while gaining valuable, practical exposure to property management and real estate operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the office

  • Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors

  • Ensuring the front office is professional, organised, and well presented at all times

  • Managing office supplies and general office operations

  • Supporting senior property managers and sales team


About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a polished and professional manner

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure

  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership

  • Experienced in industry for at least 2-3 years

  • A genuine interest in building a long term career

  • Proactive attitude, initiative, and reliability are key
