Property Manager required working in a leading team and brand in South Western Sydney.
About You:
Ideally have experience in Property Management
Some experience managing portfolios
Knowledge of the Property Legislation
Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Current Australian Driver’s License and Vehicle
Work well under pressure and manage conflict effectively
Must live locally and understand the area demographic
The Role:
Manage Landlord & Tenant Relationships
Manage Arrears
Co-ordinate Maintenance
Provide sound advice on the market
Email and Phone Management
Work closely with a Leasing Consultant
Ingoing/Outgoing Inspections.
Organise leases and bonds
Be proficient on Microsoft Office & Inspection software
Meet required KPIs
