We’re partnering with a friendly, well-established agency in Ormeau that is looking to welcome an experienced Property Manager to join their growing property management department.
This is a true end-to-end portfolio role, however you’ll be well supported by dedicated Leasing and Routine Inspection Consultants, allowing you to focus on relationships, portfolio health, and quality service delivery.
The Role
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–120 properties
End-to-end property management (excluding leasing & routine inspections)
Day-to-day landlord and tenant communication
Maintenance coordination and follow-up
Arrears management
Entry & exit condition reporting (with support)
Lease renewals & rent reviews
Tribunal preparation if required
Work within a collaborative team of 7 Property Managers with a mix of experience levels

The Ideal Candidate
Previous residential property management experience
Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
Exceptional people skills – able to build strong, genuine relationships with landlords and tenants - this is our clients non negotiable, you MUST be able to communicate effectively with clients.
Approachable, warm, and service-focused
Well organised with good time management
Enjoys working as part of a team
