Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
Handle preliminary enquiries from prospective tenants when able providing general information from the rental list
Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service
Actively set out to lease listed properties in a timely manner
Assist with promotional activities
Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants
Carry out tenant reference checking processes
Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators
Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
The full-time position will involve Saturday work, with one day off during the week
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
Current Industry standard certification or licence
Reliable car/drivers licence
Excellent phone manner
Corporate presentation
An eye for attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
