The Role:
As a Property Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Property Management team. Working closely with other Property Managers and Leasing Agents, you’ll help manage a diverse property portfolio and provide excellent service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with a dedicated property officer to manage a portfolio using PropertyMe
Manage rental arrears and rent reviews
Liaise daily with tenants and landlords
Undertaking outgoing inspections
Support rental application processing
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for landlords
About you:
A passion for Real Estate and Property Management
Minimum 1+ year experience in a Property Management role (essential)
Experience with PropertyMe software (highly regarded)
Strong customer service background
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (essential)
A valid driver’s license (essential)
A professional, polished, and positive attitude
