This well-respected busy boutique agency is looking for a flexible Part time Assistant Property Manager to join their expanding business - 20 hours per week possibly growing to 25 hours as they grow their portfolio.
This tidy portfolio of 225 homes from Broadbeach to Pimpama is managed by an experienced PM and she is looking for someone flexible, fun and hardworking that she can rely on. You will assist her with really getting to know your clients and tenants well. If you are looking for a role where the team works together and really does support each other, this is the place for you. Routines are outsourced!
If you are new to the industry and keen to learn and assist your new Manager, you will be trained and supported - you just need your Registration Certificate, lots of enthusiasm and a flexible attitude.
About You:
Assistant PM - 6 months exp ideally but they will consider just qualified
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through without being micromanaged
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords & tenants
Self-motivated who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Valid driver's license
