ABOUT THE JOB
Our client is a well-established, industry-leading boutique Real Estate agency in the Inner West.
They are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join the Property Management team.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, hardworking leasing consultant to assist with all facets of leasing. This role requires a high level of trust, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting their clients. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recording and updating details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters
Examining properties and informing property managers of anything that may arise.
Advertising available properties and conducting leasing inspections.
Screening prospective renter/s to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
Completing leasing applications and assisting with verification of application information.
Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
Routine inspections, and ingoing Inspections
REQUIREMENTS
Monday to Saturday, 5-day work week (with a day off during the week)
Certificate of Registration and/or licence
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Leasing Experience of at least 1 year is essential
Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, RP data
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
