Our Client is seeking a strategic, energetic, and inspirational leader to take the reigns as Head of Property Management in Mackay. They are one of the leading agencies in the area and need a new Head of Department who can join the team and help grow them to new heights.
The Role:
Run weekly property management meetings and report back to the Director
Identify and implement new systems, technologies and service upgrades to stay ahead of the market.
Champion a positive, collaborative and balanced work environment.
Resolve complex landlord and tenancy difficulties with authority and diplomacy.
Develop and expand initiatives to expand and enhance the Property Management department.
End-to-end portfolio management of a small portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
Senior-level Property Management experience essential
Strong operational, legislative, and compliance knowledge.
Natural leadership skills with authenticity, vision, and energy — you don’t just manage, you empower.
Current Queensland Real Estate certificate or License (essential)
