Experienced Sales Agents | Comm Only OR Retainer Agents | Western Suburbs

Placed Australia is working with a well known boutique agency in the western suburbs suburbs looking for an established sales agent. Working within a company that provides a great support team paired with great systems in place makes it a perfect opportunity to expand and learn.

The Role :

·       Conducting appraisals and open for inspections.

·       Handling phone and email enquires as they come through.

·       Negotiating with prospective clients.

·       Conduct daily prospecting activities using CRM, cold calling and door knocking.

·       Generate new buyer and seller leads.

·       Maintain strong client relationships.

·       Deliver a premium client experience throughout every sales campaign.

Ideal candidate :

• A proven track record and GCI

• Current Agent Representatives Certificate

• Strong work ethic

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated

• Immaculate personal presentation

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  
  

In this role you'll be supported by clear structures, strong leadership, and systems designed to help you focus on what matters most—delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Agents who are disciplined, self-motivated, and known for consistent activity and follow through will feel at home here. The role is offered on a commission only for those already well established within the area and surrounds OR retainer based role providing stability while you continue to grow your results and reputation.
