Our client is a growing real estate office in Melton seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support the Director across operations, administration, and day-to-day execution. This is not a narrow admin role. It’s an all-rounder position for someone with exceptional organizational ability, strong common sense, and the confidence to handle sales-related interaction professionally.
The right person will be proactive, highly competent, and comfortable being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll be trusted with responsibility and expected to bring structure, clarity, and precision to a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities
High-level executive and operational support to the Director
Heavy administration and end-to-end workflow management
Keeping systems, documentation, and processes accurate and up to date
Client communication, follow-up, and confident sales interaction when required
Managing competing priorities, deadlines, and moving parts without oversight
Supporting business growth projects and general office execution
Ideal candidate
Extremely organized, detail-driven, and process-focused, strong “systems brain”
High level of competency, strong common sense, and natural problem-solving ability
Confident communicator, comfortable with sales conversations and client handling
Calm under pressure and capable of prioritising quickly
Takes ownership, follows through, and works with urgency
Flexible availability including 2–3 days in office and Saturdays
Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
