Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Agent who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, values long-term client relationships, and wants to operate within a high-performing, process-driven environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an agent with a proven track record who is ready to sharpen their performance, strengthen their local presence, and continue building a sustainable career across the Doreen / Diamond Creek and surrounding markets.

The Role:

• Conduct appraisals and open for inspections

• Manage phone and email enquiries efficiently

• Negotiate with buyers and sellers to achieve premium outcomes

• Complete daily prospecting via CRM, calls, and door knocking

• Generate new buyer and seller opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Deliver a consistently high-end client experience across every campaign

  
  

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential sales with proven results

• Strong knowledge of Doreen / Diamond Creek and surrounding suburbs

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability

• Self-motivated, driven, and performance-focused

• Team-oriented with a professional, positive attitude

• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
