Driven Sales Agent | Hoppers Crossing & Surrounds | Retainer OR Commission Based

Our client is a strong, independent agency with a dynamic edge in offering agents access who are wanting to grow in their real estate career.

They’re after their next star sales agent, someone experienced and with knowledge for the local area and wanting the best outcome for clients.

The Role :

Conducting appraisals and open for inspections.
Handling phone and email enquires as they come through.
Conduct daily prospecting activities using CRM, cold calling and door knocking.
Generate new buyer and seller leads and responding to enquires as they come in.
Maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal candidate :

2 + years previous experience in residential real estate is a must.
Current Victorian Agent Representatives Certificate
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated
Immaculate personal presentation
Excellent communication skills
A strong knowledge of the Hoppers Crossing marketplace and demographic would be preferred, local person ideal
