Our client is a boutique, fast-growing agency on the Gold Coast and is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their enthusiastic, top performing team.

This is a brand-new role, created to grow their rent roll organically. With an existing portfolio of 80 managements and a full-time Property Manager already in place, you’ll have the freedom to focus 100% on new business – building relationships, winning listings, and expanding the portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record in business development or property management growth

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment

• Current QLD Drivers licence

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full license.
