Our client is a well-established, industry-leading boutique Real Estate Agency in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

The opportunity:

They are growing their team and are looking for a positive, proactive and experienced Senior Property Manager to join their small and close-knit Property Management team.

The person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and skills in leading and mentoring people. They are welcoming candidates that are looking for a long-term, stable and inspiring career.  This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to helping our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & maintain properties (around 250)

• Periodic inspections (ingoing/outgoing)

• Repairs and maintenance management

• Rental increases and lease renewals

• NCAT preparation & attendance

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience

• Certificate of Registration and licence

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Proficiency in Property Tree/Inspection Manager/Flick It Over
