Are you an experienced real estate professional who enjoys the organisation and structure of a task-based environment?
Our client is a well-established agency managing a portfolio of approximately 460–480 properties, and they’re looking for a detail-oriented team member to focus on the maintenance and administration side of property management.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople, and assisting with other key property management tasks as required. This is a non–frontline role — there are no routine inspections, leasing, or Saturday work.
What’s on offer:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary between $80K–$85K + super (depending on experience)
Flexibility for the right person – 4-day week or some WFH may be considered

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a real estate agency (property management or admin)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence managing maintenance tasks and liaising with clients and trades
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Current real estate registration
