Our well-known and respected client is looking for 2 new Property Managers to join their expanding business - an experienced PM and an Assistant PM to share the load within a close nit team environment.
This tidy portfolio of 250 homes is looked after by a team of 3 so you will have time to get to know your clients and tenants well. If you are looking for a role where the team works together and really does support each other, this is the place for you.
If you are new to the industry and keen to learn and assist your new Manager, you will be trained and supported - you just need your Registration Certificate, lots of enthusiasm and a flexible attitude.
About You:
PM role - Proven experience in Property Management of 2-3 years
Assistant PM role - 6 months exp ideally but they will consider just qualified
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through without being micromanaged
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords & tenants
Self-motivated who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Valid driver's license
