Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a stable, supportive and flexible agency where you are trusted to run your day with autonomy?

We are recruiting for a Wynnum based office who are organically growing their rent roll and also exploring rent roll acquisitions. They currently have around 80 properties and you will be working alongside one other Senior Property Manager with 16+ years experience.

This is a genuinely supportive, knowledgeable and calm environment — not high pressure, not chaotic.

They have recently had someone temp in the role ensuring the portfolio is well looked after and ready to bring on their permanent team member.

The Role

• Manage approx 80 residential properties (end to end)

• Primarily out on the road completing routines, entries, exits, PCRs etc

• Using PropertyMe

• Agent Box for Sales CRM (where neccessary)

• Work closely with a Senior PM for support + knowledge sharing
