About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a quality residential portfolio. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensure compliance with legislation, and maintain the high standards of service our agency is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance, and rent collection processes.
Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections, ensuring all properties are well maintained.
Handle tenancy issues promptly, professionally, and in compliance with legislation.
Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
Liaise with tradespeople and contractors to manage property maintenance.
Work collaboratively with the leasing and accounts teams to ensure seamless service.
About You
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within residential real estate.
Current [State/Territory] Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong knowledge of property management legislation and processes.
High attention to detail with a proactive and professional approach.
Competence with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
