I’m working with a fantastic, family-oriented agency that’s known for its easy-going culture, genuine flexibility, and supportive environment. They’re looking for a Property Manager to take on a well-managed portfolio of around 120 properties — with plenty of structure and help in place.
About the Role:You’ll be responsible for an end-to-end portfolio, supported by a shared Virtual Assistant. There’s no trust accounting, and inspections are made easy with Inspection Express and 360° cameras.
Once the portfolios reach around 150 properties, the agency plans to bring on a dedicated Leasing Consultant — so support grows as you do.
What They’re Looking For:
Either an experienced Property Manager seeking a calmer, more balanced environment
Or someone new to the industry who’s eager to learn and grow with the right support
Current (or in-progress) QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
A friendly, team-focused attitude
