The Role

Our client is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support their Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of 230 residential rentals. This is a hands-on, supportive role ideal for someone with previous property management experience.

• $40 per hour

• Flexible working arrangements - Our client is ideally looking for someone with 20 hours a week available

• Shared use of a company car

• Opportunity to work alongside an experienced, approachable Senior PM

About you

• Previous experience in property management or administration is highly regarded

• Knowledge of PropertyMe highly regarded (but not essential)

• Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work collaboratively within a friendly, easy-going team

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration
