  • They are seeking an Inspection Manager to manage task based roles.


The Role:  

  • Leasing and inspection activities

  • Monday to Friday,  9am to 5:30pm  - No Saturdays

  • Cloud base software and latest innovative technology - Property Me, Vault, Ignite, etc.

Salary:  

  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience

  • Potential to earn monthly commissions


Duties: 

  • Leasing activities 

  • Advertising properties for rent

  • Conducting open homes, reporting and owner campaign updates

  • Application follow up and assessment

  • Condition Reports and Renter inductions 

  • Routine inspections where required

  • Admin support provided


Requirements: 

  • Must have Agents Representative Certificate

  • Drivers Licence and Car

  • Experience in Leasing, minimum 6 months

  • Can be Junior experience
