Holiday Let PM - Scarborough - National Brand

Join a nationally recognised real estate agency and step into a dynamic, customer-focused role as a Holiday Let Property Manager. Managing a portfolio of around 40 holiday properties, this position combines all the responsibilities of a traditional Property Manager with the added variety of holiday letting.

Working alongside a versatile team of two part-time holiday let officers and one full-time officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests and owners receive exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing bookings, check-ins, and check-outs

• Supervising property cleans and maintenance between stays

• Handling guest queries and concerns during their stay

• Taking deposits and issuing deposit refunds

• General property management duties across the holiday portfolio

• Using platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, along with RMS CRM software

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Property Management or holiday letting is preferred but not essential

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate is preferred - or in the process of obtaining

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Customer service focused with the ability to build rapport with both guests and owners

• Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
