Our client is looking for an Experienced Sales Agent who wants to operate within a high performing, service driven environment.
This opportunity is well suited to an agent with a passion for real estate sales, wants to perform well and is self motivated.
The Role:
Conducting appraisals and open for inspections.
Handling phone and email enquires as they come through.
Negotiating with prospective clients.
Conduct daily prospecting activities using CRM, cold calling and door knocking.
Generate new buyer and seller leads.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Deliver a premium client experience throughout every sales campaign.
Ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 - 3 years real estate sales experience.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Team-oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude.
Competitive nature.
Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
