Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with open homes, buyer follow-up, and client communication

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, property launches, and database activity

• Prepare listing kits, sales documentation, and settlement follow-up

• Support your lead agent at every stage of the sales process

• Become a valued team member as you build your knowledge and confidence

What You Bring:

• Minimum 6–12 months experience as a Sales Associate or Assistant Agent

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Professional, polished, and confident communicator

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure

• Commitment to a long-term career in real estate sales
