They’re currently seeking a capable and detail-oriented administrator to join the business in a role that combines front-of-house reception, sales admin and broader office support.
About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position supporting a high-performing but down-to-earth team. The role sits across both residential and commercial departments with a key focus on assisting the sales team through accurate contract admin and general coordination.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the office and the steady hand behind the scenes - perfect for someone who’s confident, calm under pressure and loves getting things right the first time.
What You’ll Bring
Prior experience in sales or office administration (real estate preferred but not essential)
High attention to detail and strong written communication
A warm, professional presence on the front desk
Excellent organisational skills and confidence using modern systems
A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
The Offer
Salary: $60K–$80K + super (based on experience)
Osborne Park office with free parking nearby
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
