We’re on the lookout for a confident and motivated Sales Manager who’s ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll drive new business, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to the continued success of our team. You’ll also support franchising enquiries, attend industry events, and work closely with the team to support broader company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business through proactive outreach and lead conversion
Manage and grow a portfolio of referral partners and client relationships
Respond to franchising enquiries and support the onboarding process
Represent at property, investor, and industry events (some travel may be required)
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on campaigns and service delivery
Provide support and motivation to the broader sales and admin teams
Assist with developing and improving sales processes and reporting
About You:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in property, finance, or professional services
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Organised, self-motivated and results-driven
Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
Interest in property investment or tax depreciation (bonus if you’ve worked in the space!)
