Our client is a values-led agency with a long-standing presence in WA’s residential property sector. Their reputation is built on strong client relationships and quiet consistency not flashy marketing or social media. With a grounded team of residential PMs and very little turnover, they’re looking to expand with a new Assistant Property Manager.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a well-managed residential portfolio across leasing, tenant management, maintenance and compliance. You’ll work alongside experienced PMs and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time, potentially growing into a full portfolio role if you’re ready.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in residential property management or leasing
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritise and stay organised
A team-first attitude with a calm, professional approach
A desire to build a long-term career in PM, not just a short-term gig

$65K–$85K + super (based on experience)
