Who Is Our Client?
Our client is a privately held property business with strong ties across commercial and residential markets, both metro and rural WA. Their commercial division has grown quickly over the last few years and is now ready for a capable and confident Senior Commercial Property Manager to bring structure, leadership and oversight to the team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on senior role managing a commercial portfolio alongside two junior asset managers and a highly experienced Director. You’ll bring a level of polish and process to the back end, while mentoring and supporting the team with your experience.
You’ll also be involved in building internal systems, liaising with high-value clients and ensuring the continued delivery of a high standard of service.
What You’ll Bring
Solid experience in commercial property management (ideally 5+ years)
A steady, confident communication style
Ability to mentor, guide and support junior PMs
Strength in systems, documentation and commercial compliance
A professional, solutions-based approach to client service
The Offer
$90K–$130K salary + super (based on experience)
Osborne Park location with a loyal, long-term team
Monday–Friday, flexible working arrangements available
