Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with buyer follow-up, inspections, and open homes

• Coordinate marketing, listing campaigns, and database management

• Prepare sales documentation and listing kits

• Support appraisals and client communications

• Be the right-hand to a busy agent and learn from the ground up

What You Bring:

• 6–12+ months experience as a Sales Associate or Assistant Agent

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• High attention to detail and strong time management

• Passion to grow your career in real estate with a long-term mindset
