Our client is a diversified property group with a strong footprint in residential property, land development, and rural WA. With most new business coming via word-of-mouth, they’re seeking a personable and proactive BDM to help grow their property management division without the hard-sell approach.
About the Role
This is a relationship-first business development role focused on converting warm leads, building long-term referral channels and supporting the PM team’s growth. You’ll have access to marketing support, a generous budget and the trust to make decisions.
You’ll report to the Director and work closely with the PM team but enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule and strategy.
What You’ll Bring
Real estate experience in BD, leasing or property management
A warm, approachable communication style
Confidence in delivering proposals and presentations
A self-motivated, ethical approach to sales
Desire to work in a more traditional, grounded property business
